(WDTN News) Broadening the view of Women’s Equality Day with Patricia Smith Griffin

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Aug. 26 marks the anniversary of the 19th Amendment being ratified; giving women the right to vote. However, the legislation was not inclusive to all women. More than four decades would go by before Black women would also acquire suffrage.
